BOOKING CONDITIONS

We are committed in dealing with you fairly. We want you to come back to us next time you travel and recommend us to your friends. We know the areas and product we have featured on this site better than anyone, and even though we have been as accurate as possible in putting this information together, things do, and may have changed since the publication of this site. We hope that you consider our terms and conditions to be fair, and that these will be taken into account when making your reservation with us.

When you book
All arrangements made between Abbadetta Resort SAS trading as Alternative Holidays(The Company), and You(The Client) following booking conditions. The person making the booking warrants that he or she has the authority of all persons named on the form, and the booking, to make the booking on their behalf. No employee or agent of The Company has the right to amend the terms and conditions of booking either expressly or by implication.

Payment of the booking value
It is agreed that all payments are made in full at the time of booking. Therefore, we highly recommend some kind of travel insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances, and the subsequent need to cancel. Cancellation charges are as shown below.

If you alter your booking after confirmation.
Once a booking is confirmed, we reserve the right to charge an amendment fee of GBP£25/EUR€35/USD$40 per person, per change, should you need to change or amend your booking. Any difference in price must also be made by the customer. Changes can only be made by contacting us by email. admin@alternative-holidays.eu.

If you cancel your holiday
Cancellation of your accommodation can only be made in writing to admin@alternative-holidays.eu.

The following cancellation fees will then apply.

More than 29 days, before arrival: 25% Between 28 -15 days before arrival: 50% Between 14 - 0 days before arrival: 90%

No Shows will be classed as a cancellation, and so no refund will be made. If you do not travel, then please cancel your booking.

Transfers
If you book airport transfers, you must ensure that you supply the correct information at the time of booking. Any changes in your flight arrangements must be advised by email to admin@alternative-holidays.eu, quoting your name, arrival date and reference number.

If we cancel your holiday
On very rare occasions, we reserve the right to cancel your accommodation due to circumstances beyond our control. A room/s being taken out of service for example: In the unlikely event that this does happen, we will refund you the full cost of the accommodation, and allow a 10% discount on any future accommodation booked at www.alternative-holidays.eu.

Description of facilities
All descriptions of our programme including hotels, facilities, local scene, etc, is correct at the time of publication, and is given in good faith. Every effort is made to ensure that the information we print is accurate. It is accepted however that at times, some facilities or services provided by The Company may not be available.

Important notice
The Company representatives reserve the right to evict any client from any hotel or complex, whose behaviour is deemed by The Company, to be of a nature which causes discomfort and who are a nuisance to other guests. Under such conditions, the Company shall be under no further obligation to The Client.

If you have a complaint
Should there be a need to raise a point while you are away, please contact the accommodation manager in the first instance. On most occasions, most complaints can be rectified immediately, and on the spot, if brought to the attention of our local representatives. If you are still not entirely happy with the way any problem has been dealt with, please make a note of the points, with dates and times of occurrences, and give a copy to our local manager or representative office.

Your accommodation vouchers
The accommodation voucher provided shows the names included in the party that are entitled to use the accommodation. Other persons, including over night visitors are only permitted to stay at the discretion of The Company, and extra charges may be levied if permitted. Subletting or assigning the accommodation to third parties is prohibited.

Special requests
The Company will try its best to secure any special services that are required by the client at the time of booking. However, requests cannot be guaranteed, and these do not form any part of our contract between The Company and The Client.

Message Boards & Photo Galleries
We may offer message boards and photo galleries for our travellers’ enjoyment. As we are sure you are aware, anything you post online is available for the world to see. We make no representations and undertake no obligations as to information you voluntarily post. By posting a message on our site or sending in photos for our photo gallery, you understand it becomes public domain and therefore may be used by Alternative Holidays for marketing purposes.
